SHIPPING

Most of our products will be shipped by USPS. All orders will be shipped in 14 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). Kwsah will not be held responsible for lost packages, delayed, stolen, unclaimed, incorrect addresses, or any damages that occurs during shipping. Insurance is completely optional and additional charges will apply. If product is returned and a refund given it will be less the shipping and handling if it is not our fault. Additionally, any items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We advise that you make your purchases at least 3 weeks in advance unless you contact us and we state we can have your merchandise by your need by date. All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase this helps with any delays and guarantees we will have your item made in time.

Warranty and Return Policy

 Please Read the Complete Return Policy. This warranty will not cover the following reasons for return:

* Fading or discoloration caused by exposure to intense sunlight or heat

* Damage caused by alteration or modification of the product

* Damage caused by using inappropriate adhesive products

*Improper assembly or installation

*Products damaged by accident, vandalism, or neglect

*customer ordered wrong size 

***Product must be returned fully intact*** if we made a mistake

If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product.

Please contact us by email within 2 days so we can report the damage to the shipper. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report this to your driver and have him make a note of this fact on his delivery sheet. If the driver does not do this and you accept a damaged box, the shipper might not pay the claim of damages.

If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner so damage does not occur. If there is damage due to inadequate packaging, no credit will be issued.

All returns are subject to inspection and require approval before a credit is given. In cases where a credit is given, shipping will NOT be reimbursed, with the exception of a damaged shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

There are no cash back refunds, store credits or exchanges on personalized item unless we make a mistake. Please check your order carefully when checking out. Please make sure your order is correct and all spelling is correct before submitting.  We are not responsible for these kinds of mistakes.  In the event we make the mistake you will be due a full refund or exchange within 7 business days of us receiving the merchandise back.


Payment options:

We only accept us currency. You can make payment with your visa, mastercard or paypal services. For customers who prefer Cash App you must first contact us for an agreement. Please be advised that if you choose to pay thru Cash App and your package is lost we are not responsible nor can we replace or give you your money back. We advise that you secure your packages by paying an additional insurance fee. Ask us for details.


What to do if my package is lost/damaged?

Contact your local postal service and file a claim. We can only provide you with tracking number if your package is lost. And we are not responsible for damaged package.
